As I mentioned early this week, I wanted to share ALL of my decor gems from my rustic fall centerpiece! If you read my blog on Monday, you saw the AH-mazing lil’ pumpkin and eucalyptus DIY. Those are two key items I added into this festive tablescape.
I first started out my selecting a theme/color palette for my table. I always talk about this key principal when it comes to decorating a room, building a home, picking out an outfit and even throwing a party. A THEME is so important to help keep your overall vision consistent! I chose to go with a neutral-rustic theme with touches of gold. Yay!
When creating a centerpiece, I always start with a table runner and build from there. I LOVE burlap… like, really I have an obsession for it. If you’ve ever seen pictures from my wedding, you understand! 🙂 It’s neutral yet rustic! Check, check! I found my burlap-esque table runner a la West Elm. Not only is it a nude beauty but rather than flat burlap, it has a fun design bringing a bit more texture to the table. Next up I placed my greenery on top of the runner. I then layer larger decor items on the eucalyptus – gold pumpkins, antlers, pinecones, hurricanes w/ candles and of course, BLOOMS! I love a large flower arrangement in the center of the table. It helps bring the entire look together. Lastly I took my lil’ white DIY pumpkins and placed them around the centerpiece. Viola, it’s complete!!
See below for links to all of the goodies I used to create my neutral rustic centerpiece! Happy Fall y’all!
